Intuit Quickbooks POS - Innovative Card Solutions SNAFU

Our credit card processing system quit working suddenly on Thursday and our POS and we have suffered multiple days of downtime. Our Merchant Services company (Intuit) has not been able to help us resolve this issue so far. This is a place to record our experiences.
