Cheddar is one of the most well known cheeses, named after its place of origin in England. It came to America with the colonists and was one of the first exports back to England. This class will demonstrate how the cheese is made so you can create your own at home, including pressing and discussion of aging cheese.
There also will be a tasting of different cheddars and a discussion of the differences between them.
Class size limited to 12 people. Reserve your seat by calling or dropping by the store with your payment. 503-286-0343
