Mead Making 101

An introductory class on how to make Mead, the ancestor of all fermented beverages. Mead is an easy-to-make yet very fancy alcoholic beverage which can be prepared in many different styles. We will cover: mead history, basic brewing techniques, and the different types of mead, including fruit and herb meads.

We will have multiple types of honey, yeasts, and additives available to make your own batch at home.
