One Month Anniversary!!!

On October 16 we reached a milestone, one month of being open for business. We wanted to thank all our customers for coming in and giving our new store a chance.

We have been busy ordering new items almost every week to try and keep up with all the good suggestions we have been receiving, so keep them coming.

We have some great equipment kits which are an affordable way to start brewing beer and wine. We've amassed a serious assortment of bulk grains, as well as a fridge full of this years harvest of hops from the Northwest and even a couple from Europe. Our bookshelf is full of books covering beer, wine, soda, and cheese making. Another thing we're working hard on is having a great selection of gifts for the do-it-yourself food and beverage crowd.

Another focus of ours is becoming cheese making. I have been testing supplies and recipies at home and we have been blown away at how easy, affordable, and delicious homemade cheeses and yogurts are. Just ask our 14 month old daughter: I can't make enough to keep her happy.
