All Grain Ingredients: 

5 lbs Wheat Malt
4 lbs Munich Malt
3 lbs Six Row
1.5 lbs Crystal 60
.5 lbs Toasted Oats (toast oats in oven at 300 until golden brown and smelling like cookies. allow to cool before adding to mash)
6 oz black patent
1 lb rice hulls

.5 oz Northern Brewer @ 90
.5 oz German Spaltz @ 25
.5 oz Northern Brewer @ 10
.5 German Spaltz @ 10
1/2 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 (optional)

London Ale Yeast or Safale 04

All Grain Instructions: 

Single step infusion mash at 152. 90 min boil.

A nice change of pace for a dark beer fan. Toasted oats give it a great flavor.
