Extract Ingredients: 

3.3 lbs Bavarian Wheat LME
2 lbs Pilsen Light DME
2 lbs acidulated malt
8 oz flaked oats

.5 oz Sterling hops @ 60 min
.5 oz Sterling hops @ 30 min
1/4 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 min
.5 oz Coriander @ 5 min
1 oz Salt @ 5min

German Ale Yeast Wyeast 1007

Extract Instructions: 

Bring 3 quarts of water to 165 degrees. Steep grains in grain bag for 45 min. Sparge with 1.5 gallons of water at 170 degrees. Bring total volume to 3.5 gallons. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add the wheat LME. Stir to dissolve. Return to boil. Add hops according to above schedule. At the last 15 min add the Pilsen DME (turn off heat to avoid scorching pan) and add the irish moss and spices. Bring back to a boil and boil 15 min. Cool wort to 80 degrees in ice bath or using wort chiller. Pour into fermentor. Top off to 5 gallons. Aerate. Pitch yeast.
