Extract Ingredients: 

7 lbs Pilsen LME (Liquid Malt Extract)
1 lb Special Roast
1 lb Carafa II
.5 lb Crystal 15L

Hops-
1 oz Chinook (60 minutes)
1 oz Columbus (30 minutes)
1 oz Cascade (1 minute)

1/4 tsp Irish Moss (15 minutes)

Yeast-
American Ale Wyeast

Extract Instructions: 

In about 3-4 gal of H20, steep malts (special roast, carafa, and crystal 15L) in grain bag, at 160-170F for 30 minutes. Take grains out and sparge with ~2 quarts of water at 170 degrees. Turn off heat and add malt extract. Stir until dissolved. Turn heat back on and bring to boil. Boil for 60 minutes. Add hops according to schedule above. Add Irish Moss at 15 minutes. Cool wort to about 75F, add to fermenter to total volume of 5 gal. Pitch yeast around 75F.

All Grain Ingredients: 

Same as above except use, in place of the the pilsen LME:

6 lb 2-row Malt
4.5 lb German Pilsner Malt
