This class introduces two easy homemade cheeses; cream cheese and feta. Store bought cream cheese can't match the flavor of fresh homemade cream cheese, and you will be surprised at how easy it is to make. Making feta is a great introduction to intermediate cheesemaking, and you can expect wonderful results. This is a great class for those interested in learning the basic techniques of making cheese.
Cost: $35.00 includes starter and rennet you can take home to make feta.
