Extract Ingredients: 

6 lbs 8 oz Pilsen Malt Extract
1 lb 8 oz Pale Malt
1 lb Rolled Oats
6 oz Crystal 80

1.25 oz Cascade @ 60 min
1.25 oz Cascade @ 30 min
1.25 oz Cascade @ 1 min

Yeast Wyeast American II

Extract Instructions: 

In about 1 gal of H20, steep grains at 154F for 30 minutes. Remove grains and rinse with 2 qt hot (~170F) water. Discard grains. Bring total volume to 3 gallons. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add 1/2 malt extract. Stir until dissolved. Turn heat back on and bring to boil. Boil for 60 minutes. Add hops according to schedule above. Last 15 min of the boil, add rest of liquid malt extract and irish moss. Stir well to dissolve. Bring back to a boil and boil for 15 min. Cool wort to about 75F, add to fermenter to total volume of 5 gal. Pitch yeast around 75F.

All Grain Ingredients: 

10 lbs Pale Malt
1 lbs rolled oats
6 oz Crystal 80

1.25 oz Cascade @ 60
1.25 oz Cascade @ 30
1.25 oz Cascade @ 1

Yeast Wyeast American II

All Grain Instructions: 

Mash at 150. Follow normal fermentation procedures.
